Individual
One-on-one. The whole session goes to one athlete's weaknesses, corrected rep by rep.
Nothing outweighs work
Individualized basketball development built to help players translate skills to the game — not just to the drill.
Training
Same coach, same standard, whether it's a private workout or a full roster. Pick the format that fits the athlete.
01
One-on-one. The whole session goes to one athlete's weaknesses, corrected rep by rep.
02
Two to four players at a similar level. Enough competition to raise the pace, small enough to still get coached.
03
Larger sessions on a single theme, heavy on reps, closing with live play.
04
Skill development for a full roster, shaped around what your team runs and where it breaks down.
What gets built
Anything an athlete works on here has to survive contact, pace, and a defender who gets a say in it. That's the filter every rep is held to.

Five families and athletes, from fifth grade through the pro level.
My son has been working with AJ since fifth grade. He built a foundation in footwork, ball handling and shooting that translated immediately to school ball and AAU, and over four years his coaching has adapted as my son moved from Modified to JV to Varsity. I can't recommend him enough for young athletes.
Our daughter has been training with Coach AJ for nearly two years, and we can't say enough about how he has helped her develop both the physical and mental parts of her game. She was hesitant in her offensive approach when she started — AJ was patient and encouraging, yet held her accountable every session. He has made an investment in her as an athlete and as a person.
After working with AJ, my shooting off the dribble improved the most. I liked the accountability and the standard that was set each workout. These workouts helped my confidence in games and let me turn my weak points into strengths.
Coach AJ has helped me improve my game a lot, especially my shooting. He pays attention to the small details and always makes sure I understand what I'm doing and how it will help me in real games. Since I started training with him every aspect of my game has improved drastically.
Training with Coach AJ has been great for my development. We work on key details of my game that need improvement while also polishing my strengths. He's taught me a lot about the mental side of basketball as well as the on-court side.
